We use DPD as our standard delivery partner.

All deliveries to a UK mainland address are sent out on a Next Business Day Service as standard.

What are the standard delivery hours?                

Business Premises 9am - 5pm


Residential Premises 8am - 8pm

 

Do DPD leave a calling card after a failed delivery?

Yes.  DPD will leave a calling card which details how the customer can re-book their delivery

Does the Customer get pre-warned of delivery or collection?

Yes.  The customer will receive a text message + email on the day of delivery from DPD, stating a 1 hour window for the delivery/collection.

Can the Customer change the delivery slot and/or delivery day?

Yes.  The customer may use Text, DPD Website or DPD Mobile website to make changes to the delivery arrangements, once they receive the pre-alert from DPD

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes.  The customer may use Text, DPD Website or DPD Mobile website to track their delivery, once they receive the pre-alert from DPD.

My order has not arrived yet?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Contact us via the Contact Page. To provide an efficient service please ensure you have your order confirmation number to hand and details of the items you have ordered.

Will I need to sign for the delivery and what happens if there's nobody in?

Yes the person who receives your parcel at the delivery address will be asked to sign for it. It doesn't matter whether or not it's you. If there's nobody home, DPD may leave a calling card detailing how you can arrange a re-delivery.

Please note, we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed.
